LEGAL TERMS – TICKET GIVEAWAY

1. ORGANIZING COMPANY

NW RETAIL MÁLAGA, S.L.U., with registered address at C/ Agustín de Foxa, nº 27, 3ºA – 28036 Madrid and Tax ID B-87741807, is organizing a giveaway of double passes for various concerts of the 101 Music Festival Costa del Sol 2025 (the “Festival”), with the purpose of promoting Málaga Plaza Shopping Center.

2. SCOPE AND PARTICIPATION

All individuals over the age of 18 residing in Spain may participate. Participation is free of charge.

3. PARTICIPATION SCHEDULE AND CONCERTS

The promotion will run from June 16 to July 20, 2025. Each week, for specific concerts of the Festival, 2 packs of 2 tickets will be raffled for each concert. The participation periods and concerts are as follows:

• June 16–22: for the Cruz Cafuné concert (June 27).
• June 23–29: for the Siempre Así concert (July 4).
• June 30–July 6: for the Sara Baras (July 11) and Coque Malla (July 12) concerts.
• July 7–13: for the El Kanka (July 18) and Ara Malikian (July 19) concerts.
• July 13–20: for the Luis Fonsi (July 24) and Pastora Soler (July 25) concerts.

Participation each week will close at 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, and the corresponding draw will take place the following Monday at 10:00 a.m.

4. PARTICIPATION METHODS

Participants may enter the giveaway exclusively through the following two methods:

a) Online: by accessing the link provided for participation, where an entry form will be available for each active draw.

b) Through the digital totems installed in the shopping center: by scanning the QR code displayed on the center’s signage, which redirects directly to the online form.

To participate, users must enter the details of their purchase receipt from Málaga Plaza Shopping Center, dated within the active promotion/draw period, along with their personal information.

Participants may enter once per purchase receipt. No minimum purchase amount is required. If selected as a winner, the participant must present the receipt used to enter in order to collect the prize.

5. PRIZES

For each concert, 2 packs of 2 tickets will be raffled, resulting in 2 winners per concert.

6. WINNER SELECTION

Winners will be selected through the Easypromos.com platform from among all valid entries received through the form during each participation period:

• June 16–22: draw on June 23 at 10:00 a.m.
• June 23–29: draw on June 30 at 10:00 a.m.
• June 30–July 6: draw on July 7 at 10:00 a.m.
• July 7–13: draw on July 14 at 10:00 a.m.
• July 13–20: draw on July 21 at 10:00 a.m.

Winners will be contacted by phone or email. They may also be announced on the shopping center’s website and official social media channels. For each draw, 6 alternates will also be selected per concert.

7. PRIZE DELIVERY

Tickets must be collected in person at the management office of Málaga Plaza Shopping Center, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

The deadline to collect tickets for each draw is as follows:

• Cruz Cafuné: until June 25.
• Siempre Así: until July 2.
• Sara Baras and Coque Malla: until July 9.
• El Kanka and Ara Malikian: until July 16.
• Luis Fonsi and Pastora Soler: until July 23.

If neither winners nor alternates collect their tickets, the prize will be forfeited. A valid ID and the purchase receipt used to participate must be presented.

8. LIMITATIONS

• Employees of Málaga Plaza Shopping Center or collaborating companies, as well as their immediate family members, may not participate.
• Only one entry per person and receipt is allowed.
• Incomplete, duplicated, or falsified entries will be invalidated.

11. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Participation in this giveaway implies full acceptance of these terms.

NW RETAIL MÁLAGA, S.L.U. reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion for justified reasons, as well as to exclude any participant who fails to comply with the rules.
