GOIKO presents the “KEVIN TRUFF”, its bestselling burger now with mushrooms and truffle

GOIKO’s most iconic burger is reinvented with a truffled twist that elevates its flavour without losing its essence. A Limited Edition that will delight truffle lovers and will be available until June 14 in restaurants, delivery and takeaway.

In the GOIKO universe, there are legends… and then there’s Kevin. A burger that went from being a hit to becoming a true icon with a name of its own. And like every star, Kevin knows how to reinvent itself. This time, it does so with GOIKO’s iconic Truff Rings, one of the brand’s star starters, now tucked inside the burger.

That’s how “KEVIN TRUFF” was born: a combination that plays between bold and gourmet without losing the essence that made it famous. Juicy, flavour-packed grilled minced beef is combined with pieces of Truff Rings filled with gouda, mushrooms and truffle, alongside sautéed mushrooms that intensify the flavour. All wrapped in a creamy truffle mayo, melted cheddar and smoked mozzarella, turning every bite into a powerful yet balanced experience.

“Juicy, intense and absolutely irresistible. Our bestseller in a mushroom and truffle version combines perfectly grilled minced beef with irresistible pieces of our Truff Rings, filled with gouda, mushrooms and a delicate touch of truffle, flavour-packed sautéed mushrooms, a creamy truffle mayo that wraps every bite and a double layer of cheese: melted cheddar and scamorza, bringing creaminess and character. A burger designed for lovers of deep, sophisticated flavours… the kind you don’t forget.” Marielena Rodríguez – GOIKO R&D Director

The KEVIN TRUFF will be available from April 20 to June 14 at all GOIKO restaurants in Spain, to enjoy in-restaurant, takeaway and delivery.

With this launch, GOIKO continues to strengthen one of its most recognisable universes, proving its ability to evolve iconic recipes without losing authenticity. Because one thing is clear: Kevin still has plenty to say… and the KEVIN TRUFF is proof.
